Dr. Bernhard Behr verantwortet innerhalb der AVL List GmbH das SW Business Development für die VW Gruppe weltweit sowie für ausgewählte Automobilkunden in Nordeuropa. Der Fokus liegt auf Softwarelösungen für den automatisierten Test von Fahrzeugfunktionen sowie den damit verbundenen Lifecycle-Daten. SW-Tools zur Absicherung von Prozessen für Funktionale Sicherheit und Cyber Security runden das Portfolio ab. Von 2015 bis Ende 2021 lag der Vertriebsfokus auf strategisch ausgewählten Automobilherstellern in Europa.

Zuvor war Dr. Behr seit 1994 bei IBM und Dassault Systèmes in verschiedenen Pre-Sales Consulting und Sales Management Positionen tätig. Studium des Maschinenbaus in München. Im Anschluss wissenschenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und Promotion über wissensbasierte Systeme am Lehrstuhl für Werkzeugmaschinen der RWTH Aachen 1995.

After having completed my studies at the Technical University Berlin in 1995 I jointed the Fraunhofer – IPK institute in Berlin. During that time, I was the project manager for the iViP project focusing on and developing new technologies for the virtual product development from product data management to rapid prototyping.

In 2000 I have jointed Siemens Business Services as management consultant being responsible for ‘Collaborative Lifecycle Management’. Between 2002 – 2015 I had several management positions at Bombardier Transportation in Germany, UK and Scandinavia with responsibilities in IT, processes management, engineering, project and product management as well as General Management.

In 2015 I became the General Manager Drives and Controls at ABB AB, Sweden building a new business unit. From 2018 to August 2024 I hold the position as CTO of Quintus Technologies AB, responsible for Research & Development, Engineering, Product Management, Procurement, Intellectual Property Management, Digitalization and Project Management. Quintus Technologies AB is the global technical leader for high pressure technologies. Since September 2024 I'm the CTO of IPCO Group, a global industrial process solutions company with it's headquarter in Sweden.

As Engagement Manager for Sustainability she supports industrial companies in realizing their sustainability goals in every step of the product lifecycle enabled and accelerated the by digital solutions of Siemens Industry Software.

Florian Tichla ist Fahrzeugbau-Ingenieur mit einer Passion für Algorithmik und Datenverarbeitung im Ingenieursbereich.
Als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität forschte er an der Konsistenzprüfung für Komplexstücklisten in der Automobilindustrie und übernahm anschließend die Leitung eines Forschungsteams in einer Forschungskooperation mit Volkwagen. In diesem Rahmen entwickelte er Anwendungsprogramme zur datengestützten Optimierung des Produktportfolios und zur Verbesserung der Gleichteilquoten, die er bis in den Produktivbetrieb begleitete.
Seit 2021 ist er Geschäftsführer bei Hamburg Analytics und verantwortet dort das Projektgeschäft und den Kundenauftragsprozess. In seinen Kundenprojekten ist er als Analyst und Projektingenieur tätig.

Andreas Werner, M.Sc., ist seit 2019 am Fraunhofer-Institut für Arbeitswirtschaft und Organisation IAO.

Er studierte Technologiemanagement und Maschinenbau an der Universität Stuttgart und war von 2019 bis 2022 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft und Technologiemanagement IAT der Universität Stuttgart.

Alexander Bakosch, Ph.D., leads a small team of digitalisation specialists and is part of the management board. He fosters the topic of the digital product passport as a key strategic objective within the service portfolio@mosaiic.

Markus Rentsch has more than 25 years of consulting background and he has managed several large-scale (SAP & PLM) projects for multinational enterprises.

As an expert in ERP and PLM Transformations Markus can cover all aspects of IT planning, design, implementation and testing across many industries. In the past he worked as an Application Development Lead for Near- and Offshore teams, as an IT Solution Architect or as a project manager for SAP ERP deployments. Over the last years Markus was leading a successful PLM introduction for a green energy solution provider.

Dr. Nicole Göckel ist Senior Consultant bei CONTACT Software und entwickelt Lösungen für die digitale Transformation in der Industrie rund um die Elements für IoT-Produkte. Sie ist verantwortlich für das Energiemanagement-Angebot von CONTACT, das zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz in der Industrie beiträgt und unterstützt, nachhaltige Produkte zu entwickeln.

Sie promovierte im Fach Informatik an der Universität Frankfurt am Main über Evolutionäre Algorithmen im CAD von integrierten Schaltungen.

Seit mehr als 25 Jahren arbeitet sie in Forschung, Lehre und Industrie an Projekten zur Entwicklung und Optimierung von Hardware-Software-Systemen mit Schwerpunkt auf den Themen IoT und Industrie 4.0. Yannick Schulte unterstützt Kunden seit über 10 Jahren in ihren IT-Projektvorhaben. Ausgehend von einem dualen Studium der Softwaretechnik bei einem führenden Logistikunternehmen für Automatisierung und Materialflusssysteme, startete
er 2017 ins Consulting bei einer mittelständischen Softwareberatung mit Insurance-Schwerpunkt.
